Explore Yangtze River

A cruise is not the first type of vacation you are associated with China, however, a cruise on the Yangtze River can provide the basis for a wonderful holiday. The Yangtze is the longest river in Asia and the third longest in the world after the Nile and the Amazon. The river has more than 6,300 miles along the Qinghai River flows east to Shanghai and the China Sea and is known as the “cradle of Chinese civilization.”
Yangtze River offers some of the most beautiful and memorable of all China and that is pretty bold statement considering the beauty of some of the other attractions in the country. A typical cruise may begin in Shanghai with some tourism. “The Paris of the East” also known as Shanghai has many attractions to visit before going down the river, as the Shanghai Museum which houses over 120,000 relics.
Shanghai, a cruise ship stop in Nanjing after sailing through the densely populated agricultural plains of the lower Yangtze Delta. Here you can see the old drive and the Ming Tombs of Dr. Sun Yat Sen Mausoleum of the famous Purple Mountain.
Mt Huang is another decision which has great things to see. You can take a cable car ride up, so they can discover the views of the peaks, thousands of years old pines and the unreal and mysterious fog that have inspired artists for centuries.
After crossing the dam Gezhou above the river, you will see the famous Three Gorges of the Yangtze River. The Qutang, Wu and Xiling more views along the river which covers 193 km in eastern Sichuan, western Hubei. So here you can see the Gorges hydroelectric dam that is over five times larger than Hoover Dam. While traveling along this portion of the river, there are many trips to the land that offers a plethora of attractions. It is a journey along the creek Shennong is divine. The journey along the waterway in a boat pea-pod really evokes the feeling of being a great explorer in a remote location. This is an ideal opportunity to make great pictures and memories of picturesque landscapes. Higher levels of water in the gorge under three means you can travel far upstream to see the surrounding natural forests and along rivers and traditional villages.
Along the Yangtze River is a breathtaking view of absorbing the delights of China, which will last a lifetime of memories and you will want to return.
